For Commercial Listings,
such as rental spaces, offices, showrooms, retail shops, factories, warehouses,
or any property with a minimum lease term of 3 years.

This type of property
offers 1 month commission
for a 3-year lease.
6 years = 1.5 months commission
9 years = 2 months commission

.

This is different from residential properties
like houses and condos
(Residential Listings).

Residential commission rates are:
1-year lease = 1 month commission
2-year lease = 1.5 months commission
3-year lease = 2 months commission

.

This is to avoid misunderstandings with owners or co-agents
who might mistakenly think someone is trying to take advantage.

at the same rate as Residential,
