🎭 8 Types of Real Estate Agents You’ll Meet on Project Visit Day – Which One Are You?
If you’ve been an agent for a while, chances are you’ve attended a few “Agent Day” events—those on-site visits where developers invite agents to check out a project.
And if you’ve paid attention, you might’ve noticed:
Real estate agents come in many styles.
Here’s a fun list of 8 typical characters you’ll definitely meet on those visits. 😉
1. The Professional Pro 🗂️⌚
- Arrives 15 minutes early
- Fixes their makeup or attire before stepping in
- Pays full attention during the briefing
- Takes photos of the show unit
- Prepares marketing content methodically
This agent means business.
2. The Former Project Salesperson 📊💼
- Listens carefully to the sales briefing
- Then zeroes in on the on-site sales team for detailed terms, payment plans, and hidden info
- Takes just one exterior photo
- Doesn’t bother entering the house—waits for official photos and sales kits
- "Mine won't look as good as the pro photos anyway."
Prioritizes efficiency over aesthetics.
3. The Ninja Agent 🥷📷
- Always arrives before the scheduled time
- Quietly sneaks in to take clean, people-free photos before the crowds arrive
- After the briefing—poof, gone
- Introverted and prefers flying under the radar
- Might be working on the sly
Stealth mode: activated.
4. The Gossip Crew 🎤😂
- Alone, they're fine. In groups? Pure chaos.
- After the briefing, they find the living room sofa and turn it into a talk show set
- No house viewing, just hours of chit-chat
- If you see photos of the show unit, this group is always in the background
- Feels more like a family reunion than a work visit
“Didn’t we just chat in the group chat like… this morning?”
5. The Influencer Team 💅📹
- Never shows up solo
- Comes in pairs—or with a full-blown media crew
- Hair, makeup, wardrobe: all professionally done
- Personal cameraman follows every move
- You wonder if the person is the prop for the house or vice versa
One post = 20 leads (hopefully).
6. The Walking Call Center 📞🤯
- Doesn’t really attend… just physically present
- Constant phone calls, even during the briefing
- Talks loudly in the corner of the show unit
- Snaps 2–3 rushed photos before heading out
The job never stops, apparently.
7. The Back-Row Student 🏫🛑
- Always late
- Never makes it for the briefing
- Blames traffic or a last-minute client showing
- Walks around, takes a few pics
- Waits for friends to send over all the real info
“Hey, just send me the sales kit later, okay?”
8. The One Who Missed the Bus 🛑🚃
- Completely forgot about Agent Day
- Realizes too late—after seeing everyone else post pics on social media
- Too awkward to go now…
- So they leave a comment under the post:
“Wow... no one invited me 😢😂”
Maybe next time.
💬 So… Which One Are You?
There’s no right or wrong here—just a fun reflection on the different personalities we meet in the field.
But remember:
Likes don’t close deals. Reservations and transfers do. 💼💰
If you enjoyed this post, don’t forget to tag your agent friends and ask,
